This notice explains what AnCor Development Corporation collects through this website and how the company uses it.

Information collected

Depending on the form you use, AnCor may collect your name, email address, mobile number, address, property interest, reservation details, recruitment information, payment declaration details, and a JPG or PNG deposit slip you upload with a payment declaration.

How it is used

AnCor uses the information to answer inquiries, review reservation requests and recruitment applications, email applicants to confirm receipt, review deposit slips against bank records, email a buyer about the status of a payment declaration they submitted, and keep an operational record of those requests. An uploaded slip is stored for access through the authenticated staff payment desk and sent as an attachment to AnCor sales staff and to the email address entered on the payment form by the website's email provider.

Who can receive it

The information is available to authorized AnCor staff and service providers needed to operate the website and deliver its messages. AnCor does not use a submitted request as permission to send unrelated marketing campaigns.

Retention and your choices

AnCor keeps records only as long as needed for the request, its business records, and applicable obligations. You may ask to review, correct, or delete information by contacting AnCor. Some records may need to be retained when required for legitimate business or legal purposes.
