Our story
AnCor Development Corporation was founded by Antonio and Cora Ortiz and registered on June 24, 2010. It has been a family company from the start.
AnCor works in one place and knows it well. The communities it develops, the lots it sells, and the houses it builds are all in Roxas City, Capiz. That is why every project on this site is listed with the numbers you can check, and why anything AnCor has not confirmed is left off rather than guessed at.
The second generation now composes the Board of Trustees: John Conrad, Jessica Veronique, Rose Mary Thursday, Mark Anthony, Guia Felicia, and Carmel Marie.
